Family Practice Three Options:
Option 1 - Join a MSG,Clinic with a shared call rotation of 1:5. The Family Practice Physicians in town do not take OB call. Group is experiencing strong growth. Relocation Paid and possible sign on bonus. Paid CME, Retirement, Vested immediately from day 1 with 401K.1 week of CME at $2,500, 4 weeks of vacation, bonus structure, full medical, paid mal practice. Group uses EMR. Compensation about $170.
Option 2 - Join Family Practice Dr. His practice is open four days a week, Monday Thursday. He works usually 10-12 hours a day and has an ur! gent care practice. He is seeing about 25-40 patients a day and has a fair amount of workers compensation. He is looking for an IM / FP who wants to take the lead of the practice within 2 years. This is an employed position of the hospital. The doctor is well connected in the community and the movers and shakers in the community go to him. He has a nice facility and this is currently an all out patient practice. Looking for somebody that can allow him to back down to 2-3 days a week. Office is a mile and a half from the hospital. His inpatient is being handled by another Internist in the community. He is a super physician and has a great personality!
Option 3 Join the Internist. THIS IS A NEW DYNAMITE POSITION!. This is for a candidate who is available this year or early 2010. The need is for hungry Internal Medicine or Family Practice candidate who wants to walk into a fully established busy and lucrative practice and stay in the office doing outpatient only work.! This practice sees 40 patients a day and is the busiest in town. He ha! s a 2,700 sq foot office. Employed or Contracted. This practice is the Crown Jewel opportunity in the city. He is the 2nd busier admitter to the hospital.
