More Impact is a strategic consultancy specialising in supporter experience in the not-for-profit sector.
Due to an increase in demand for supporter experience projects, a new position has been created, with the primary purpose of building and optimising automations for the charitable sector.
Great role with flexibility to work from home. Current staff in Melbourne and Sydney with a preference for this role to be in Melbourne. We're a small team but work with many of the largest charities in the country.
Role is responsible for:
- Marketing automation builds
- Marketing automation launch and optimisation
- Creative delivery and testing with a focus on behavioural economics and personalisation
- Data management and analysis (in conjunction with analyst)
- Client coordination and reporting
Marketing automation:
Preferably have worked in active campaign, autopilot, campaign monitor or marketing cloud to do the following:
- build campaigns (email text, images etc) both email and SMS; run A/B tests
- build Automated campaigns (set up journey, scoring etc)
- testing and checking campaigns
- sending and monitoring
- basic html
Copy & Graphic design:
- Copywriting skills
- Canva
Survey:
Experience in Qualtrics (optional).
- Design and development of survey
- Data management and reporting
Reporting
- manipulation of data eg vlookups, pivot tables
- reporting in excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
- management benchmark reports
- managing A/B test reporting
Project management
- Trello
