Job purpose
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be in charge of communicating with existing clients, fostering connections, closing sales, and delivering orders in order to achieve and surpass goals in Brussels, Antwerp, Gent, and rest of Belgium. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as a strong capacity for establishing and upholding relationships with clients, are requirements for the position.
Duties and responsibilities
· Visit shops and restaurants on daily basis to sell company products.
· Sustain target sales achievement.
· Arrange appointments and visit clients.
· Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demand.
· Respond to client inquires and resolve client related issue.
· Collect cash, when necessary, by coordinating with the concerned person for pending payments and statements.
· Open new accounts and follow up with existing accounts for necessary requirements.
· Follow up on the delivery of products, negotiate contract and close deals.
· Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales.
· Inform management about new trends, similar products information, and gathered feedback through field activity.
· Closely monitor and inform to management about competitor’s activities.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
Requirements:
· Being a Belgian or/and European citizen.
· Driver's license is a must.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Proficient in English and Arabic, French and Dutch are plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong sales and negotiating skills.
· In depth knowledge of the market.
· Demonstrated problem solving.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Excellent organizational skills.
Experience:
· Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative or in a similar role.
· Experience in Horeca or/and FMCG sectors is a plus.
· Knowledge of sales process.
