Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Greets all visitors arriving to the building and directs them as necessary.
- Provides timely referral to appropriate personnel for appointments.
- Manages all meeting room appointments and lot car checkout.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries, adhering to the ALDI Legal Acts and Payments policies and procedures.
- Updates phone lists and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments/personnel.
- Presents a professional and positive demeanor and image at all times.
- Keeps the reception area organized and free of extraneous materials.
- Informs leader of any fundamental developments within their area without being asked, as well as any incidents that deviate from the norm and are considered extraordinary.
- Recommends improvements to existing processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the reception area.
- Provides any general office and administrative support deemed necessary by the divisional management.
- Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA-protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
- Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy of employee and company sensitive data.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
- Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
