Summary: Responsible for maintaining assigned facilities in their district. Responsibilities for maintaining include: managing personnel, ensuring unrentable units are turned over, finding and scheduling vendor repairs, and keeping an eye on the occupancy and delinquency of each facility. Maintaining constant, swift, and clear communication in all areas. Communicating with owners on facility performance. Sending weekly reports on their assigned facilities to the Operations Manager. Submitting weekly expense reports for payroll. Willing to travel to close and audit properties.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages who supervise. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
