As a TikTok Business Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to outreach to businesses on TikTok and engage with them to increase revenue potential by partnering with Outlandish as their TikTok Partner. In this role, you will be leveraging your communication skills to initiate conversations with potential clients, responding to their messages and inquiries, and arranging meetings with the Account Manager through Zoom and calendar invites.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Actively reach out to businesses on TikTok through various channels, including direct messages (DMs), comments, emails, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications, outreach efforts, and client interactions using appropriate tools and systems. Provide regular updates and reports on progress, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. A persuasive and empathetic communication style is key.
- Social Media Savviness: Strong familiarity with TikTok's features, trends, and algorithms. Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools for outreach, including DMs, comments, and email.
- Self-motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. This job can be done in your spare time, so being self-disciplined and reliable is crucial.
- Results-oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. A demonstrated ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
- Problem-solving Skills: Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to understand clients' challenges and provide creative solutions to help them achieve their objectives on TikTok.
