Our Hospitality Professionals serve on the frontline staff in a fast-paced, team environment of learning, excellence, and care. We are excited to serve our guests and impact our local community!

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests. We will teach you everything else you need to know.


Job Description

  • Work in the dining room area and providing top grade hospitality.
  • Complete dining room checks that include: checking in on tables, using the language of hospitality to check on guests making sure the floors are clean double checking that the guests are having a great experience in our restaurant and is not in need of anything, surprise and Delight Guests, refresh beverages, provide additional condiments/utensils as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room area including: cleaning restrooms/restocking paper, changing trash, cleaning tables, sweeping, parking lot sweeps, support front counter operations as needed
  • Learning and using the CORE 4 to provide highest level of hospitality
  • Provide exceptional service that aligns with Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Customer First, Personal Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Working Together, and Stewardship.
  • Know the Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy and how the strategy relates to your daily role.
  • Exhibit knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality product and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Possess the drive and enthusiasm to meet customers’ needs in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service in a team environment.
  • Have personable conversations with guests and create meaningful connections/build relationships.
  • Handle guest complaints with a willingness to serve and rectify the issue.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and strive for new opportunities for growth and learning within our organization.
  • Partner with the leadership team and the Owner/Operator to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Perform cleaning and organizational duties as needed.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.


Pay Rate

Starting rate at $17.25 with opportunity for increase to Team Member rate of $18.25 following successful completion of new hire training program

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Part-time availability must be able to work 20+ hrs/wk
  • Full-time availability must be able to work 30-40 hrs/wk
  • Saturday availability (Required for all team members)
