This is a program manager role in Store Operations, this partner will lead a team of sr. operations consultation managers and operations consultation managers. This team is responsible for consulting on projects through an operational lens, creating implementation plans and staging projects that directly impact the retail partner employment experience. This partner will work closely with our PRO, Partner Relations, Total Rewards & PRO Service Delivery and Learning & Development teams. This work is critical to the partner experience and includes projects related to performance management, benefits, compensation, recognition, labor relations and more.

As a Program Manager, you will…

  • Lead the program management of complex programs – You will lead the project management and program management of new programs, the evolution and/or sustainment of existing programs.
  • Manage others – You will set goals for your team and provide partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities and modeling leadership behavior for the larger team.
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the work forward as part of a highly collaborative team

  • Ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
  • Ability to zoom in and out, understating key detailed information while maintaining a broad perspective
  • Experience working through ideation, problem solving and decisions with multiple groups and leader level
  • Experience leading complex large projects

  • Coaching, providing clear direction, and leadership support to team members
  • Strong track record of performance, agility, and aspiration
