Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Launder and iron linens and towels
- Clean and organize common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting rooms
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Skills:
- Housekeeping management: Ability to oversee and coordinate cleaning activities in various settings
- Carpet cleaning: Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment
- Floor care: Experience in maintaining and caring for different types of flooring surfaces
- Residential cleaning: Familiarity with cleaning practices in residential settings
- Cook: Basic cooking skills for preparing meals if required
