o Check daily discharge list from BMT, visit discharge patient and collect in-patient feedbacks. Responsible to give Get well soon/Congratulations card to in-patient. o Responsible on patient’s discharge process, request update from nurse on the time for medication collection and payment, update estimate waiting time to patient. Assist / Wheel patient to Business Center, Pharmacy or main lobby by provision of wheelchairs and ensure proper transfer and lifting techniques are practiced when transferring patients. o Updates to CSM, CSE or CSO regarding urgent feedbacks / complaints to avoid misunderstanding and ensuring patient feel comfort and satisfy before leave hospital. o Assist / Wheel patients from ward to Radiology, Endoscopy with the presence of nurse if necessary. o Assist / Wheel /Direct patients in main lobby. Attends to inquiries from internal staff / external persons immediately and gives appropriate advice if applicable. o To make sure all wheelchairs are in good condition and to have sufficient wheelchair for patients use. o Provides porter service which include but not limited to patient from the wards / Specialist Clinic in a safe and professional manner. o Collect in-patient feedback and send Get well Soon / Congratulations card for discharge patient in the ward. o Assist / Wheel patient on discharge process, update estimate waiting time, assist / wheel patient to make payment, medication collection and main lobby. Arrange taxi / Grab services upon request. o Collect CUS wheelchairs from the ward to main lobby. o Collect out-patient feedbacks in SOCs / Radiology / Health Screening Centre / Hemodialysis and other area. o Comply with health and safety regulations
