Personal Assistant (WFH- Part Time) [Malaysia]


 

Work Details: -Work from home (will meet-up for short meeting if necessary) -Working hours flexible as long as the work given done on-time before due date (but will need for standby/on-call for simple 5min task given) -No interruption on whether you having a other job or not, it’s flexible. (this is an extra outsourced income) RESPONSIBILITIES: -Generate Invoices & Payment Voucher (Template will be given). -Track monthly Payment Receivable from client & Payment Payable to 3rd parties. -Facebook’s Post monthly scheduling (Contents & Design will be given). -Stay-up-to-date with Accountant on monthly finance update (such as sending Statement, Staff’s information updates) -Monthly Claims paperwork documents arrangements. -And other ‘SIMPLE’ add-hoc task. REQUIREMENTS: -MUST be a Responsible & Honest person -MUST be a Fast-learner with Self-discipline. -MUST have written & spoken in Chinese & English. (Priority in Chinese language) -MUST be strong in Tasks Management, Interpersonal & Communication skills. -Driving License needed. -Staying around Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (easy for Meet-up if necessary) REMUNERATION PACKAGES: Basic: RM 1,000 per month Working Days: Mon – Friday (Hours are flexible)
