About the Talent Manager Role:

As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders and key roles within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent succession strategies and programs to identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify critical roles and talent gaps within the organisation
  • Create and execute talent assessment and development processes, including talent reviews and individual development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain insights into talent needs and align succession planning efforts
  • Identify and nurture internal talent through mentoring, coaching, and targeted development opportunities
  • Work closely with HR to ensure that talent succession programs align with overall talent management and development strategies
  • Monitor and track the progress of high-potential employees and provide guidance and support throughout their career development journey
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent succession and proactively incorporate them into the organisation

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Talent Manager or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and succession planning principles
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement talent succession programs that drive organisational success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform talent decisions and measure program effectiveness
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, constantly seeking ways to improve talent succession practices
