Definition and communication of the test strategy for the project- Leading all aspects of testing meaning the planning, resourcing and coordination of the various stages in the test cycle, including progress reporting
- Risk Management (risk audits, identification, assessment and mitigation) in collaboration with the business
- Setup of the test organization in complex projects (test team, time planning, information flow, reporting, etc.) in cooperation with QA Head
- Responsibility for and creation of test concepts and the tracking of dependencies, including traceability lists
- Specifying the requirements for test environments and test tools
- Responsible for defect management
- Participation in profession group to further develop and optimize testing methodology
- Alignment of test methods and procedures (as required, coordinate the test approach with major programs)
- Coordination with the Release Management
- Consulting and coaching of project staff in testing activities
Ideally Certified Tester Advanced Level & Test Manager- Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
- University degree level of computer science etc.
