Internist - Physician - (Internal Medicine) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 12/02/2013Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Clinic in Nevada is in need of 2 physicians with HIV experience starting in October. Family practice or Internal medicine physicians are acceptable and the pay is great. Please contact Staff Care for additional details!
Internal medicine (locum tenens) is a branch of medicine characterized by an emphasis ! on treating the whole body, rather than specialized focus on o! ne body part of system. Many people use internists as their first point of medical contact, and in this way these physicians function similarly to primary care doctors. Internists are trained to treat and diagnose a wide range of illnesses that affect the entirety of the biological system. When an illness proves to be advancing, exotic or complex, internists will usually refer their patients to specialists.

BE or BC
