Community Manager [United States]

 

FocusKPI is looking for a Community Manager to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company.

Work Location: Remote in the U.S., CT and PT preferred.
Duration: 12 months with potential for extension and conversion, depending on budget and performance.

Pay Range: $45/hr to $52/hr

Responsibilities:

• Engage with our client's community on their online community platform and Slack.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community by encouraging constructive discussions and resolving conflicts.
• Create internal content incorporating data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving community engagement and content strategies.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines.
• Help manage gamification program, from troubleshooting issues to developing new engagement initiatives.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
• Must be a clear, enthusiastic, and effective written communicator
• Independent, proactive, and creative thinker
• Able to organize, prioritize and juggle tasks effectively
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Online community management experience a huge plus
• Experience with Lithium/Khoros or other community software, Trello, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Bunchball/Nitro, and Excel are a plus but not a requirement.
